What we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect your name, your organisation if you give one, your email address, your telephone number if you give one, and whatever you tell us about your idea, problem or project.

Our website also collects limited technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, but only if you accept analytics cookies.

We do not collect any special category data, and we do not ask you to.

Why we collect it

We use the details from the contact form to reply to you and to have a conversation about whether we can help. If we go on to work together, we use them to carry out that work.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. You have contacted us about our services and we are responding. You can object to this at any time.

We use analytics information to understand how people find and use the site so we can improve it. Our lawful basis for that is your consent, which you give through the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time.

Who else sees it

Your information is stored in our website’s database and sent to our email inbox. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing.

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: our website hosting and database provider, our email provider, and Google Analytics if you have accepted analytics cookies.

Google Analytics may transfer data outside the UK. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the safeguards Google has in place, including standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for two years from our last contact with you, unless we are working together or have a legal reason to keep them longer.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, to object to our using it, and to receive it in a portable format.
